Join HCPEA

Membership: HCPEA is comprised of firms and professionals focused primarily on investing in healthcare leveraged buyouts and late stage growth equity. Potential member firms should have a minimum of three active healthcare portfolio companies.

HCPEA is not currently focused on venture investing.

Member Benefits: HCPEA offers the following benefits to its member firms:

  • Policy Representation HCPEA works with government, the media, and organizations throughout the U.S. to foster a greater understanding of how healthcare equity investment contributes to the U.S. economy. HCPEA also provides its members with opportunities to become active in the policy formation process.
  • Professional Development HCPEA's professional development initiatives are designed to enhance knowledge and promote the sharing of best practices, industry trends, research and strategy among investment professionals.
  • Community/Networking Throughout the year, HCPEA provides its members with opportunities to enhance their contacts, professional development and deal flow. HCPEA's events include regional networking luncheons, special interest group gatherings and its annual meeting and awards dinner. 
  • Research and Publications The association encourages, underwrites and shares research on issues important to the healthcare investment community.
