Taylor Holland

Young Leaders Council Chair

Taylor Holland is a Principal of Arsenal Capital Partners where he focuses on developing and executing investment strategies for the healthcare team. He currently serves on the boards of Lumanity and Accumen. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2017, Taylor worked in the healthcare investment banking group at Jefferies LLC.

Taylor holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Vice President, Frazier Healthcare

Clarissa Berman

Clarissa is a Vice President at Frazier Healthcare, a middle market growth buyout firm based in Seattle. She is involved with several of Frazier’s portfolio companies including SunMed, EPTAM Precision and Effective School Solutions (ESS). She has also previously been involved with Elevate Patient Financial Solutions (previously MedData) and Alteon Health.

Prior to joining Frazier, Clarissa worked at McKinsey & Company and Bauscher, a start-up she co-founded. Prior to founding Bauscher, Clarissa was a Vice President at Credit Suisse, focused on healthcare and education. Previously, she worked for Morgan Stanley in Sao Paulo. In recent years, Clarissa also had a brief passage working at Goldman Sachs and Francisco Partners.

Clarissa received her B.A. from FAAP and her M.B.A. and Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.

Principal, Lee Equity Partners

John Eppler

John is a Principal at Lee Equity Partners focused on investments in growth-oriented healthcare services businesses. Prior to joining Lee Equity, Mr. Eppler was an Associate at Northlane Capital Partners and an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Jefferies LLC.

Mr. Eppler serves on the board of directors of Therapy Partner Solutions and has been involved with Lee Equity’s investments in Inception Fertility, Solaris Health, and Summit BHC. Mr. Eppler received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors and was a Howard E. Mitchell fellow.

Josh Hamrick
Vice President, HealthEdge

Josh Hamrick

As a Vice President of HealthEdge, Josh is responsible for originating deals, overseeing due diligence, valuation, financing, transaction structuring, add-on acquisitions, and fundraising. Josh is a board observer of Today’s Dental Network, iTrac, Westone, Spectrum Medical Partners, and LifeSync.

Before joining the firm in 2016, Josh was most recently an Investment Banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (Truist Securities) in Atlanta, where he focused on executing sell-side and buy-side middle-market M&A transactions across the industrials, healthcare, energy, and TMT sectors. His experience prior to SunTrust Robinson Humphrey includes positions with Raymond James & Associates, LCG Capital, and the Executive Office of Governor Rick Scott.

Josh holds a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Finance from Florida State University. Outside of work, Josh volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters Tampa and enjoys activities including traveling, fishing, golf, and soccer. Josh lives in Tampa with his wife Meggie and son Eli.

Vice President, WCAS

Ann Hickey

Ms. Hickey is a Vice President, having joined WCAS in 2019. Prior to joining WCAS, Ms. Hickey worked at Town Hall Ventures, Archimedes Health Investors and Castlight Health (NYSE: CSLT) where she focused on investments in the healthcare sector. Earlier in her career she worked at Oak Hill Capital and Audax.

Ann earned a BS from Duke University.

Lisa Kapp
Vice President, Advent International

Lisa Kapp

Lisa Kapp joined Advent in 2021 and focuses on investments in the healthcare sector. Prior to Advent, Lisa worked at Cressey & Company, a healthcare-focused private equity fund, and at the global private equity firm Apax Partners, where she was a member of the healthcare team. Lisa began her career in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.

Lisa has a BSc in Economics and an MBA in Healthcare Management, both from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Caroline Larew
Vice President, Water Street Healthcare Partners

Caroline Kenter Larew

Caroline Kenter Larew brings to Water Street healthcare experience in both corporate business development and private equity. Prior to joining Water Street, Caroline was an associate with Madison Dearborn Partners. She also worked as a manager at Baxter International, where she evaluated and structured acquisitions and partnerships across the global healthcare business.

Caroline began her career as a healthcare investment banking analyst for Robert W. Baird. She earned a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Middlebury College and a master’s degree in business administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Connie Zhou
Principal, Centerbridge Partners

Connie Y. Zhou

Connie joined Centerbridge in 2018 and focuses on investments in the Healthcare sector. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Connie was an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company. Connie serves on the Board of Directors of Community Psychiatry, LLC.

Connie received an A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University.
